Font del Ferro

We transformed an old neighborhood bar in Rubí into a contemporary 70 m² rotisserie designed for takeaway food. The project respects the local context —a working-class, resilient environment— while projecting a forward-looking vision through clean and efficient design. Modern installations, aerothermal systems, and an industrial kitchen turn this small space into an honest, functional, and sustainable business prepared for intensive use.

Contemporary rotisserie in a former neighborhood bar

2025

Located in Rubí, in the Vallès Oriental, this project breathes new life into a former bar, transforming it into a modern, efficient rotisserie full of character. In just 70 m², the space has been completely reorganized to include an industrial kitchen, preparation area, and direct sales counter, optimizing every corner. The design focuses on functionality and formal clarity, using durable materials and a sober aesthetic that adapts naturally to the neighborhood without losing its own identity. The use of aerothermal energy and high-efficiency equipment reinforces the project’s commitment to responsible hospitality. This intervention engages in dialogue with its immediate surroundings —a humble, hard-working neighborhood— and represents a way of doing commercial architecture with awareness, business vision, and respect for the social and urban context.
