This full renovation, located in Sant Feliu de Codines, transforms a terraced house into a true oasis of calm and luxury set within a striking natural landscape. The project, with an approximate surface area of 200 m², originated from a commission by international clients with exceptionally high standards. Through high-end construction solutions, handcrafted finishes, and an extremely rigorous execution process, we have achieved a functional, elegant home perfectly integrated into its surroundings. The house is designed as a holiday residence, which is why we also oversee its ongoing maintenance. As a result, each season it welcomes its owners in optimal condition. This project not only respects its environment but engages in a dialogue with it, using durable and efficient materials while ensuring minimal environmental impact in its long-term management.
