Access to and/or use of the website grants the person doing so the status of user, who accepts, from that moment on, fully and without any reservation, these General Conditions, as well as any Specific Conditions that, where applicable, complement, modify or replace the General Conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the website.

Exclusion of warranties and liability

Intellectual Property

All contents of the website, understood to include, by way of example only, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as their graphic design and source code (hereinafter, the “Contents”), are the intellectual property of Esteve Projectes, S.L.P. or third parties, and no exploitation rights over them are transferred to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the proper use of the website.

Trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs are owned by Esteve Projectes, S.L.P. or third parties, and access to the website does not grant any rights over such trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs.

For the purpose of preserving possible intellectual property rights, if any user or third party considers that a violation of their legitimate rights has occurred due to the inclusion of certain content on the website, they must notify Esteve Projectes, S.L.P. of such circumstance, indicating:

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Esteve Projectes, S.L.P. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Granollers for any matters that may arise or actions that may be brought in relation to the provision of the website service and its services and contents, as well as the interpretation, application, compliance, or non-compliance with what is established herein.
