Olivera 7 is much more than a renovation — it is the continuation of a story. We expanded the original workshop where Chema founded his graphic business more than fifty years ago, joining it with a second space to strengthen Signart, a leading graphic company and longlasting collaborator of Esteve Arquitectes. With 150 m², the new space allows the team to keep producing visual identity with quality and efficiency, right in the heart of Poble-sec.
Expansion of a consolidated graphic design workshop

This project represents the value of craftsmanship, perseverance, and mutual trust. At Olivera 7, we carried out the expansion of Signart’s historic premises, a graphic company founded over half a century ago in Barcelona’s Poble-sec neighborhood. The challenge was to transform an adjoining unit into a fully functional production hall, thereby expanding the operational area and supporting the company’s ongoing growth. With a total area of 150 m², the project included both the design of the renovation and the management of the activity permit. It was a true honor that Chema and his team —longtime collaborators of Esteve Arquitectes— trusted us with such a symbolic step. Olivera 7 is not just a refurbished space; it is a commitment to continue creating, producing, and believing in the value of good graphic work — from Barcelona to the world.
