In the heart of the hardworking city of Granollers, on one of its most picturesque and beautiful streets in the center, an extraordinary renovation took place — one that is both a tribute to the past and a creation conceived for the present. Our respect for heritage led us to preserve details such as the original doors, windows, and floors, maintaining the essence of the home while expanding it to create a generous, functional space for a charming family of four.
Village house renovation

Each floor was defined piece by piece, in a meticulous process that highlights the home’s unique character. The extension, carried out with absolute respect for the original structure, merges seamlessly with the existing dwelling, creating harmony between the old and the new. Features such as natural ventilation through air stratification and wooden shutters protecting the original wooden windows were carefully integrated, ensuring both comfort and energy efficiency.
All the wood used comes from responsible sources, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability. Moreover, the structural and masonry work reached an exceptional level of precision, ensuring that each intervention remained faithful to the building’s original quality while adapting to contemporary needs. The result is a true architectural gem in the heart of Granollers, where past and future coexist in perfect balance.
